Tracker Type: WSPR
Model: PicoTrackerWSPR1
Powered by 2 AAA batteries
Balloon and Payload
See if WSPR transmitter actually works and can be picked up by other stations at distances that make this technology worth pursuing.
Tracker crashed into a tree immediately after takeoff given too little free lift.
Over night it managed to free itself, and was heard by one station at a distance of 621 miles.
The balloon I think didn't really rise in the air, this was mostly a terrible launch that happened to produce one small useful piece of information.
